Paula’s Experience

Paula’s background consists of order processing and dispatch control for Direct Trade, where she grew her knowledge and experience in customer service. Her fantastic processing skills and hands-on attitude makes her a perfect fit to our team to help the business excel.

Working for many years in the construction and manufacturing industry, Paula’s no stranger to all the products here at QUAD. Not only has she got an abundance of order processing experience, getting the best and most accurate quotes for customers, she also has worked over 2 years in dispatch centres giving her plenty of experience to bring to our team.

What She’ll Be Doing at Quad

Paula is joining us at Order Processing & Quotation Specialist here at QUAD. Through this role, she will play a key role in managing customer enquiries, generating accurate price quotes and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

With her vast experience from previous roles, she will be preparing detailed and competitive quotations for customers based on product specifications, quantity and pricing agreements. She will also be part of the team assisting in order management, where she will process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams.

Her six years experience in customer service will also expand on our team’s customer support. She’ll be a vital team member, communicating with customers to provide relevant product information, pricing details and order updates. By maintaining records of these quotes, orders and customer interactions, we strive to improve our process to create seamless operations behind the scenes.

In a company like QUAD, which supplies windows, doors, roof lanterns, and more, this role is crucial in ensuring that builder’s merchants receive accurate quotes and timely deliveries, helping maintain strong customer relationships.
